The situation
Units at the end of their life
The condo management asked us to restore the system: improve efficiency, reduce costs and make the building safe and reliable again.

Challenges
What we found
Insulation inside the units had broken down, leading to mold growth and a health risk for residents. Loose particles were clogging the drains, raising the chance of floods.
Rust had cracked the drip pans and was sending debris into the drain system. Left alone, this leads to severe clogs and water damage.
The coils had reached the end of their life: weaker heating and cooling, and higher energy use.
Solution
What we did
Every unit inspected for insulation, rust and coil performance.
Walls, floors and common areas protected before any work began.
Rust and mold contained and disposed of without spreading to other areas.
Installed with proper insulation, water connections, piping and electrical work, following the manufacturer's guidelines.
Each unit tested and checked against condo-specific standards.
Residents shown how to operate their new unit and get the most from it.
Follow-up visits to answer questions and confirm everything keeps running properly.
