FAQ

Questions from building owners and managers

Can you work outside business hours?

Yes. We plan maintenance, replacements and crane lifts around your opening hours.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes, with scheduled visits for each unit and a written report after each one.

How often should a rooftop unit be serviced?

At least twice a year: in the spring before cooling season and in the fall before heating season. Filters are usually changed quarterly.

Do you maintain exhaust fans as well?

Yes. Kitchen, washroom and garage exhaust fans, and the make-up air units that replace the air they remove.

Is emergency service more expensive?

No. The rate is the same at any hour.
